MARGARET KENNEDY deceased

This is the last will and testament of me Margaret Kennedy of Saint John’s in the Island of Newfoundland Widow. 1. I give devise and bequeath to my daughter Elizabeth Morey of Saint John’s Spinster all my property estate and effects of every description. 2. I appoint the said Elizabeth Morey sole executrix of this my will- Witness my hand at Saint John’s aforesaid this fifth day of February A.D. 1897. Margaret X (her mark) Kennedy Signed published and declared by the said testatrix as and for her last will and testament in the presence of us who in her presence at her request and in the presence of each other (all present at the same time) have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses (the same having been first read over and explained to the said testatrix and approved of by her) Margaret Norman.
